Zpracování řeči

Speech Processing is a periodic publication collecting the contributions presented at the Czech-German Workshops on Speech Processing organized every year in September in Prague. The papers are devoted to speech analysis, synthesis, recognition, enhancement and phonetics.
Transformace hlasu v parametrické syntéze řeči
Vondra, Martin
In the paper a voice transformation algorithm using the composite cepstral speech synthesis model is presented. The voice transformation is based on fundamentals frequency and speech rate scaling and speech resampling. By this approach it is possible to achieve transformation male-female of female- child and vice versa.
Změna základního tónu řeči a transformace hlasu pomocí PSOLA
Nemšák, Slavomír
In the paper a voice transformation approach based on the application of the Pitch Synchronous OverLap and Add /PSOLA/ principle and resampling is proposed. This algorithm has lower computational demands than frequency domain methods.
Realizace TTS jako systémového ovladače pro Microsoft Speech API
Přibil, Jiří
The paper is aimed to the analysis of structure and function of the Microsoft Speech Application Interface /SAPI/. Realization of the TTS system as the SAPI Engine is mainly discussed. Study and use of was MS SAPI motivated by requirement of increased applicability of current Czech and Slovak TTS system first of all in telecommunication services. Necessary modifications of our TTS system for impelementation into the SAPI standard are also mentioned.
Modifikace obálky řečového spektra
Přibilová, Anna
The paper is aimed at speech spectrum envelope modification for voice conversion. Spline interpolation using digital filtering techniques with cubic B-splines is applied to speech spectrum envelope determination. Modification of the determined spectrum envelope is performed as the formant shift by a constant factor corresponding to the mean formant shift between male and female voices. Together with pitch modification by a constant factor, voice conversion from male to female and vice versa is performed.
